HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed instantly within 15 mins but could take as long as two (2) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.
This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.
Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.
I HAVE MADE A PURCHASE, BUT HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE DOWNLOAD LINK! WHAT SHOULD I DO?Sometimes the delivery email that contains your access link goes to the spam/junk folder of your email provider, So please kindly check your spam/Junk folder, mark it as not spam and Voilà!
I HAVE DOWNLOADED MY PACK/S SUCCESSFULLY BUT I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE *RAR* FILES FORMAT! HOW TO INSTALL MY PACKS AFTER THE DOWNLOAD?After downloading the pack on your computer, The First Step is to Uncompress/Extract the downloaded “.rar” format file to get all the pack content in a separate Folder.
But if you’re planning to use the pack on a Windows device, please follow any of these tutorial videos to unzip the .rar format file:
